He served as Chairman and CEO of The Dow Chemical Company and Executive Chairman of DowDuPont, accumulating 42 years of experience at Dow. His tenure as CEO was the longest for a non-family member, during which he held various roles across manufacturing, engineering, sales, marketing, and management.
