
Adam Stavisky
Adam Stavisky advises market disruptors on product, partner, and go-to-market strategies. In March of 2024 he retired from Walmart, after serving as the SVP, U.S. Benefits for six years. In that role he was responsible for Walmart’s strategic vision and for delivery of all benefits across its U.S. businesses. During his tenure, Adam championed innovations and system improvements to improve the health and financial security for Walmart’s 1.6 million US associates. Earlier in his career, Adam spent more than 20 years building benefits consulting businesses at several national firms, including Fidelity Investments, Mercer, and Aon (formerly Hewitt Associates). Adam earned his BA in Mathematics from Northwestern University and his MA in Mathematics from U.C.L.A.
